About The Position

This is a hands-on operational role focused on scaling and optimizing a high-performing lifecycle marketing engine. You will own the systems, tools, and execution workflows that power multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other engagement channels. Acting as the operational backbone of the lifecycle function, you will ensure precision, compliance, and efficiency at every stage — from audience segmentation to QA and launch. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, and Customer Success teams, you will translate strategy into flawless execution. Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing operations or campaign execution experience, preferably in high-volume or regulated environments.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Iterable (required), including building journeys, dynamic segmentation, personalization, and rigorous QA processes.
  • Experience executing lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Strong proficiency in audience segmentation logic, data workflows, tracking setup, and collaboration with Data/Engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and maintain operational workflows, documentation, and quality assurance standards.
  • Experience coordinating operational execution for direct mail and/or phone outreach campaigns, including vendor management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle campaign operations within Iterable, including building and launching campaigns, journeys, triggers, templates, and personalized messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
  • Build and manage sophisticated audience segmentation frameworks, dynamic lists, suppressions, and refresh processes to ensure accurate targeting and delivery.
  • Execute campaigns from setup through QA, launch, and performance monitoring, maintaining high standards of precision and consistency.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve QA processes, including rendering tests, link validation, targeting verification, tracking accuracy, and compliance checks.
  • Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline execution and reduce manual effort.
  • Maintain lifecycle marketing data infrastructure, including segmentation standards, documentation, and measurement enablement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align campaign execution with strategic lifecycle priorities, stakeholder needs, and data dependencies.
  • Operationalize structured experimentation (A/B tests, holdouts) to support continuous optimization and learning.
  • Support operational workflows for additional channels such as direct mail and phone outreach, including vendor coordination and list management.
