Responsibilities

Get hands-on with janitorial, landscaping, and specialty services (yes, that means mowing, pruning, and site clean-up!). 🌿
Take the reins on scheduling, crew management, and quality audits. 📋
Master the art of the pitch, from cold calling to high-stakes presentations. 📞
Lead the charge in interviewing, onboarding, and building employee engagement strategies. 👥
Dive deep into AR/AP, budgeting, and performance tracking in our LMS. 📊
