Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with procurement and operations in a technology environment.
  • Deep understanding of SLAs, performance measures, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Ability to manage large initiatives integrating cross-departmental goals.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar process improvement methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain standardized vendor lifecycle management frameworks.
  • Execute policy and procedure frameworks for vendor engagement and performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage operational workflows for recurring vendor tasks, incorporating automation solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a data and analytics framework for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to implement process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal IT VMO Policy and Procedure Frameworks.
  • Manage governance frameworks for compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and audit vendor lifecycle processes, identifying and addressing risks.
  • Oversee the execution of Vendor Lifecycle Frameworks from selection to contract closure.
  • Ensure third-party vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks.
