Mission Yogurt is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to join our team as an Operations Manager In Training at the Denver Airport. The Operations Manager In Training provides hands-on leadership and strategic oversight across multiple restaurant locations, driving operational excellence and consistent execution of brand standards. This role is accountable for overall business performance, including people development, financial results, and guest experience. The Operations Manager In Training partners closely with Executive, Operational, and Restaurant Leadership to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficiency across all units while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
