About The Position

The Operations Manager III will work as a contractor to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP).

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a defense or intelligence environment.
Experience in managing security operations and special access programs.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-stakes environment.
Proficiency in managing classified information and understanding of security protocols.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations within the Influence and Perception Management Office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain effective quality control programs to ensure services are performed to the highest standards.
Identify and mitigate security incidents, developing response measures for government leadership.
Serve as the Program Security Officer (PSO) and subject matter expert for special security and special access program support in SCIF and SAPF environments.
Monitor access to SCIF/SAPF and ensure compliance with physical and administrative security requirements.
Coordinate with the OUSD(I&S) Special Access Program Central Office, Special Security Office, Joint Staff, and Military Services security offices for guidance and resolution of security-related issues.
Initiate and coordinate Program Access Requests (PARS) and facilitate Alternate Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) accesses.
Update and maintain classified access management systems of record.
Coordinate facility, equipment, communications, and IT needs specific to SCIF/SAPF requirements.
Prepare for and assist during required security inspections.
Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of DoD and federal interagency operations.
Review, monitor, and report the status of action items, activities, and products using the CATMS and JSAP systems.
