About The Position

Review, monitor, and report the status of action items, activities, and products using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS). Maintain an accurate, timely log of all tasks, including timeframe to complete and issues that may be pertinent to completion. Coordinate with external offices and the OUSW(I&S) Executive Secretariat at a minimum of twice per day to ensure packages are routed efficiently. Provide staffing support to action officers for all required correspondence actions (e.g., formal letters, memorandum, read-ahead briefing/meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel/training/personnel documents). Ensure documents are prepared in the appropriate DoW format (which may entail technical writing/editing, editorial consultation, proofreading, or overall documentation review) Produce a weekly report that provides the status of all tasks. Manage the PREM internal SharePoint and external website to maintain currency and ensure action officers have the appropriate tools to complete tasks. Provides multi-discipline security support (i.e. physical security, personnel security, records management), IT/facilities support, and/or business operations support. Duties may include: Supporting high level DoD and USG operational requirements at the appropriate security levels; Providing expertise regarding the security policies; Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for respective government leadership regarding contractor personnel related issues (including serving as an interlocutor with the contract Program Manager and ensuring timeliness/accuracy of deliverables associated with all tasks listed in PWS consistent with the performance requirements); Providing administrative transaction and management support for office related facilities, furniture, communications, and/or information technology requirements.

Requirements

  • TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Minimum of three years of experience supporting defense workflow management
  • Experience using CATMS
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
