Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to support first shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with a demonstrated track record of leadership excellence and operational efficiency. You will lead a team of manufacturing operations supervisors. You will establish objectives and guidelines for managing and monitoring cell performance and productivity. You will lead scheduling and sequencing of work, as well as production innovation to optimize production. You will also lead projects and resolve production problems, develop operating plans, and recommend investments to improve the organization's production capabilities. As the leader, you will be responsible for alignment of the Engines sensors (Temp, Speed, Flow) and Space lean transformation and recovery plans.
