About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our highly automated distribution facility. This leader will oversee people, processes, and technology to ensure world-class service, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation meets execution, this is the role for you. Available Shift: Monday- Friday, 5:00pm-3:00am, strong flexibility needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of warehouse operations or warehouse management experience, ideally in an automated or high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams, driving accountability, and elevating performance.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and strong comfort with operational technology.
  • Excellent communicator—able to collaborate across departments and confidently present to internal partners, customers, and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general comfort working with data.
  • Ability to work in a variety of warehouse environments, including cold storage (-20°F) and warm/dry areas (up to 100°F), with proper PPE.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
  • Comfort working in environments with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team—providing coaching, feedback, and clear direction to drive productivity, engagement, and operational success.
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including labor planning, equipment/automation utilization, budgeting, safety, sanitation, and process integrity.
  • Champion continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, enhancing accuracy, and ensuring efficient inbound/outbound flow and inventory management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Inventory Control, Operations Support, HR, Finance, and CI to ensure product availability, streamlined communication, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and operational reports to identify trends, drive proactive problem-solving, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements—building a culture where safety is the foundation of every task.
  • Align site performance with company KPIs across cost, service, productivity, quality, and team development.
  • Support automation and material-handling equipment operations to ensure uptime, efficiency, and reliability.
