The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team of Care Coordinators within a specific product line. This role involves leading mid-scale projects, effectively managing the performance of Care Coordinators, and participating in cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager develops and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), drives process and system improvements, and acts as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and adjusters, providing effective problem resolution. The manager also leads training and product line development initiatives with support from the Training and Development department. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations & Implementation (Intake & Transportation/Translation) or the Senior Director, MedComp, this manager is crucial in developing talent, improving quality, and standardizing processes to enhance service delivery.
