As an Operations Management Co-op/Intern, you will be responsible for a range of support activities for the operations department in the machinery factory and heat treat areas. These areas consist of CNC machinery and various heat-treating functions such as furnaces and induction hardeners. Activities will include production order tracking in SAP, making updates to staffing charts, updating cross training matrices, and tracking dispatch compliance This position will be based on-site at our South Harbor location in Milwaukee's Harbor District. The target start date for this role is January 2026 through August 2026 and has potential to be extended into the Fall 2026 school semester.
