This program is specifically designed for graduating seniors or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations and starts July 2026. From day one, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of how our business runs—learning every process, system, and team dynamic that drives operational success. You'll develop critical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Each year rotation follows the same structure—beginning with a deep-dive immersion and transitioning into a supervisory role—but Year Two takes place at a more complex facility, often with broader scope and larger teams to manage, offering an elevated leadership challenge. Months 1–4: Deep-dive immersion—shadow every department, learn the full process, and connect with employees to understand real challenges. Drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, productivity and other key metrics through impactful projects. Month 5-12: Step into a full Operations Supervisor role with direct responsibility for people, performance, and outcomes. You’ll own key metrics across safety, quality, throughput, cost, productivity, and team development —with real impact from day one.
