Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are powering the future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two-year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to prepare you for leadership in operations management within our manufacturing facilities. This program is specifically designed for graduating seniors or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations and starts January 2026. They will supervise the remainder of the yearlong rotation. Second year members will be placed at another PCC location doing a similar sequence of rotations in a more complex setting.
