Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business. Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm (with flexibility for business needs) World Courier is a provider of premium logistics services and the leading global specialty supplier of transportation, storage and distribution services for multinational biopharmaceutical clinical trials. With more than 2,500 employees in more than 50 countries, we combine our global reach with a local presence. This Operations Level I associate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Inventory management of packaging systems and components
  • Understanding principles of cold chain management
  • Gel pack inventory management
  • Reusable packaging refurbishment
  • Understanding WC operating systems including WorldStar and Opstar
  • Safe handling of dry ice and shipment replenishment
  • Managing On Hold and ‘Not OK to Send’ shipments according to procedures
  • Forklift certification
  • Understanding TempTale device procedures
  • Issuing airline airway bills for domestic and international non-rev shipments and return packaging assets
  • Complete GxP documentation logs
  • Identification of shipping documentation requirements
  • Identifying product, keeping temperature, and replenishment needs
