About The Position

Our Operations team is responsible for Bank-wide operational support of our front-line customer service staff, lending support, and sales support staff. Operations Specialists are responsible for day-to-day customer service excellence, processing transactions and maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our core processing and ancillary systems. Additionally, Operations Specialists oversee the production of deposit account documentation, loan operations and provide staff support by understanding deposit account servicing requirements and digital banking systems.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Must be dependable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with banking software and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to new and existing customers of the Bank to be their trusted advisor.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Bank for both in-person customers and those who use other service channels.
  • Efficiently and accurately perform front-line transactions per approved policies and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM on the day the interaction occurs.
  • Service customers of the Bank as needed with debit card fraud issues, ACH and wire transfers, and other needs as they arise, having competent knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, and utilizing the correct sales referral channels.
  • Identify continuous improvement in creating efficiencies in operations and safeguarding the Bank’s assets, while providing top-level customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Perform ancillary support system review, including ordering, maintaining, and actively servicing other product-related requests in support of the front-line customer service staff.
  • Review and managing daily reporting, error correction and reconciliations, according to the Daily Reporting Tasks grid.
  • Perform compliance-related duties and being cognizant of compliance issues in day-to-day operations.
  • Provide support to the bank by completing a variety of tasks and reports, reviewing reports for accuracy, reconciling internal DDA/GL accounts, and performing administrative duties as assigned.
