We are currently accepting applications for an Operations Legal Support Specialist located in Midvale, Utah. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm in-office located at 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd., Midvale, UT 84047. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

Requirements

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, specifically bank operations or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Working knowledge of banking operations process and procedures.
  • Must have excellent decision, resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Process and/or assist branch personnel in creating customer letters that are in compliance with current procedures.
  • Perform necessary research and process third-party account verification requests in a timely fashion, while also ensuring customer data is protected.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable state and federal laws, statutes and regulations by analyzing and processing information relative to account verification documents.
  • Provide customer support and resolve problems.
  • Perform other duties as required.
