About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team. As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. As an operations leader, you'll learn how to prepare delicious food, and prep vegetables. You're in charge of making sure our food tastes amazing. You'll also handle ordering food and train others to become future leaders. The operations leader ensures the quality and safety of Bibibop's delicious and balanced food every day. They keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked, and make sure the equipment is in good shape. They also set a good example for team members, helping them learn to be future leaders. Like every position at Bibibop, it's about teamwork and giving customers great experience. Requirements

  • Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service
  • Proven experience in inventory control, shift management, and cost control
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
  • Train and develop staff members with a focus on back of house operations
  • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
  • Keeping an eye on food waste and inventory levels and fixing any food quality issues.
  • Order inventory through our multiple vendors , receiving and checking the quality .
  • Promoting a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house teammates.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and customers to ensure great service and speed.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and sanitized.
  • Checking kitchen equipment and making sure it's working well; getting it fixed fast if it's not.
  • Making sure the kitchen and team meet safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
  • Filling out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and doing Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
  • Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 50 lbs.
