Legacy record retrieval is notoriously slow and unreliable; our system uses AI to deliver decision-ready records much faster and more accurately. Started just over a year ago, our volume is doubling MoM with a clear path to category leadership. We support everything from Personal Injury Law to Specialty Healthcare. Our mission is to automate record retrieval, which will only be achieved through innovative engineering and relentless execution. About the Role Operations Lead — (New York, NY) Full-time | In-person | 3+ years of relevant experience required Operations are core to us as a company. Our customers entrust us with their most sensitive and mission-critical records; mistakes in retrieval directly lead to lost settlements and delayed patient care. As an Operations Lead , you will own the day-to-day execution and management of our Records Retrieval Team. You will help shape the team from the ground-up: hiring and training, process design, performance tracking. This hire is someone who can thrive with an extremely high degree of autonomy and ownership, and is someone who thinks as much about what we will need to succeed in a year as much as tomorrow. Requirements

A top-tier operator with 3+ years of experience in startups or high-growth industries.
Possess a strong, analytical mind, informed by data-driven decisions.
Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch. In many cases you will define what ‘good’ looks like.
Technical or technical-adjacent: you should be able to build quick automations, tooling and dashboards, or eager to learn how to.
An excellent communicator. You will work directly with the records team to improve performance and solicit feedback.
Meticulously organized — you thrive in creating processes and improving visibility throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs for records roles
Define and track performance of the Records Team, in aggregate and individually
Restructure internal organizations to optimize efficiency and reward top performers
Design the internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team
Model internal capacity and margin constraints to meet the demands of new customers and volume
Build operational improvements (Dashboards, Zapiers, Retool, etc.) to streamline tracking and visibility
Work with engineering to build new internal products to streamline record retrieval operations
