Berger Moving & Storage, Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in San Leandro, California! The Operations Supervisor manages a fleet of approximately 20 owner operators and crew ensuring on-time service and maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Moving industry experience (preferred)
• Household goods dispatching experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast paced, stressful environment
• Fluid problem solving skills
• Geographical knowledge
• Self-motivated by daily challenges
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Set schedules to maximize capacity and customer satisfaction
• Hire and train local crew and contractors
• Review local contractor profitability
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance
• Maintain “Excellent” customer service quality rating
• Other duties as assigned by management
