Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to: Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence. Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest. Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships. Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
