This individual is tasked with overseeing and motivating operations employees to meet productivity objectives. They will also be focusing on coaching and leading the operations team to effectively and safely attain production and quality targets. Furthermore, they will be responsible for supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
