About The Position

The Operations Internship to help the Operations Department with tasks, such as collecting and imputing data in excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in one of the following curriculums in college: Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Food Industry Management, Operations Management, or other similar undergraduate field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or similar office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to work on occasion in temperatures of 40 degrees or less
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Required to wear general PPE, including bump cap, hairnet, and ear plugs when working on production floor.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and input in excel spreadsheets.
• Manage a time study concerning machine turnover
• Record and report product diameters and lengths
• Working closely with the Manager and/or assigned staff member to complete allocated tasks
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and maintain project deadlines
• Other duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis
