About The Position

The Operations Integrator is responsible for ensuring that the systems, people, and processes within Ethos Green Power Cooperative's operations function run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company vision. This role harmonizes day-to-day execution across the Project Delivery, Electrical, Mechanical, Heat Pumps, and Service departments - ensuring consistent project flow, healthy communication, and accountability at every level. The Operations Integrator translates the Leadership Team's vision into actionable systems, metrics, and results. They serve as the primary advocate and support for field crews, proactively removing roadblocks and answering real-time calls to help Leads overcome issues so operations continue without hiccups. They drive discipline, clarity, and unity across teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably while maintaining The Ethos Standard.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operational or project leadership, preferably in electrical systems, renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple teams or departments.
  • Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or willingness to train and lead under its framework.
  • Strong organizational, systems, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of electrical design and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership.
  • Experience in workforce development or managing educational tracks/licensing.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, scheduling software, and QuickBooks preferred.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational departments through consistent structure, communication, and accountability.
  • Serve as the connecting point between the Leadership Team and day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic goals are translated into tangible execution.
  • Provide direct mentorship and conflict resolution for Leads, acting as their primary point of contact for real-time problem-solving throughout the day.
  • Facilitate professional development by tracking and supporting crew education and CEU (Continuing Education Unit) requirements.
  • Oversee the performance of the Electrical Lead(s), Mechanical Lead(s), Service Lead(s), and Heat Pump Lead(s) holding them accountable to their departmental scorecards.
  • Facilitate Operations L10 meetings and participate in Leadership L10s, using EOS tools (Rocks, IDS, Scorecard, Accountability Chart).
  • Actively engage with and be part of the company’s Leadership Team.
  • Ensure that each department has clear, measurable goals that align with Ethos's annual and quarterly Rocks.
  • Track operational KPIs such as on-time project completion rate, crew utilization efficiency, procurement lead-time accuracy, and safety/quality metrics.
  • Address barriers, misalignments, or conflicts between departments proactively and constructively.
  • Conduct quarterly performance review conversations with Operations and participate in Leadership Team performance reviews.
  • Execute company strategy and vision throughout Operations, helping integrate it with the business as a whole.
  • Maintain and refine core operational processes that connect sales → project delivery → installation → service.
  • Partner with the Project Delivery Manager to ensure scheduling, procurement, and communication workflows are standardized and reliable.
  • Actively identify and remove operational bottlenecks and "hiccups" to increase workflow and efficiency.
  • Review, identify, and help execute on issues or improvements communicated through Job Reporting.
  • Review Project Verification Documents and site plans to ensure seamless installations and job preparation.
  • Assist in the procurement of specialized tools and resources to ensure crews remain operational.
  • Oversee system integrations between Zoho CRM, QuickBooks, and shared Drive resources to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Operational leads and the Project Delivery Manager to standardize product lines and improve procurement efficiency.
  • Conduct one-on-one training with Operations Leads, with a focus on process and efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee long-term capacity planning and workforce utilization in coordination with the Project Delivery Manager and Sales Manager.
  • Manage fleet health by scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Dynamic Scheduling: During slow periods, identify and assign crews to alternate areas of the business (e.g., warehouse organization, fleet maintenance, or administrative support) to maintain productive 40-hour weeks.
  • Aid in annual budget creation and adherence, making sure the proper amount of resources are allocated to field crews to meet annual installation targets.
  • Approve final project schedules, ensuring they align with team capacity, material readiness, and weather constraints.
  • Support day-to-day scheduling only as needed to stabilize systems or during staff absences.
  • Coordinate with HR on workforce needs, training, and strategic hiring plans.
  • Ensure consumable inventory remains stocked and organized, the warehouse remains clean, organized, and functional, and job pallets are prepped and accurate.
  • Maintain high availability to answer phone calls from the field, providing guidance and immediate support for site-specific issues.
  • Champion transparent, respectful communication across departments and reinforce Ethos’s Core Values.
  • Ensure all departments stay connected to company goals, key initiatives, and ownership culture.
  • Model “calm confidence” – setting a tone of accountability, collaboration, and positivity.
  • Partner with department leads to ensure full compliance with Ethos Safety Policy and OSHA standards.
  • Lead quarterly safety and quality reviews.
  • Support the creation of safety training materials and ensure all documentation is properly completed and submitted.
