About The Position

As a Sr. Operations Integrator, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Sr. Operations Integrator joining our team to serve as the lead integrator of Sensitive Activities, supporting the execution of operations and providing policy insights for client planning. You will coordinate and synchronize operational activities across the enterprise, integrate Sensitive Activity equities and policy into planning and execution, and provide support for Advanced Special Operations, Irregular/Unconventional Warfare, Non-Intelligence Source Operations (NISO), and Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE) activities. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a joint working environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience required; significant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in policies and processes regulating the conduct of special operations activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), including mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents, and FRAGOs.
  • Experience supporting MISO or related operations.
  • Related experience supporting military and/or intelligence operations, including experience working with Signature Reduction Activities.
  • Experience working independently with some government oversight and as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Active in-scope TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to conduct periodic CONUS/OCONUS travel.
  • Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time in support of mission requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; some evening, weekend, or shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the (CCMD) Lead in providing leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the (CCMD) project within a MISO program based in Tampa, FL.
  • Assists in assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall performance of the (CCMD) portfolio within the program.
  • Assists in management of (CCMD) operations, ensuring program adherence to customer guidance, program quality standards, and cultural sensitivities.
  • Assists in ensuring operations are executed in accordance with plans and are approved and documented.
  • Supports operations management and assessment activities.
  • Assists in capturing lessons learned and best practices and supports efforts to apply best practices across related program efforts.
  • Serves as the lead integrator of Sensitive Activities to support the execution of operations and provide policy insights for client planning.
  • Assists and documents planning and operational recommendations/decisions from all stakeholders, formatting and presenting findings to meet requirements.
  • Leads project planning, develops and maintains organizational tasks for current and future operations, and formulates data analysis for process enhancement.
  • Coordinates trans-regional actions, planning, and execution of internet-based MISO Operations within all requesting government stakeholders.
  • Coordinates and synchronizes operational activities across the enterprise.
  • Coordinates sensitive activities across staff directorates and directly with clients and inter-agency partners.
  • Integrates Sensitive Activity equities and policy into planning and execution of operations in close coordination with adjacent stakeholders.
  • Provides coordination support and advice at all echelons on leveraging specially compartmented capabilities and methodologies to achieve operational objectives.
  • Provides support for Advanced Special Operations, Irregular/Unconventional Warfare, NISO, and OPE activities.
  • Works closely with the Identity Management Office to coordinate activities and operations.
  • Inputs supported workforce data, requests computer accounts, and maintains and monitors DoW databases.
  • Reviews personnel security documents for accuracy and compliance with program policies.
  • Maintains data, files, and organizational tools to track and record actions.
