About The Position

TeleSolv Consulting has a great opportunity for you to work with the Federal Government as a Operations III Analyst (Senior).

This position is an on-site position in San Diego, CA.

Requirements

• B.S. degree and 10 years of experience.
• An active Public Trust, or the ability to acquire one.
• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-level software, online tools, and digital platforms essential to federal program execution, including:
• Microsoft 365 Suite: Teams, SharePoint Online, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Insights
• Project & Task Management Tools: Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Primavera Scheduling
• Knowledge Management Platforms: Atlassian Confluence Wiki, Atlassian Jira
• Data Visualization & Analytics Tools: Tableau Software, Advana with Qlik interfaces
• Automation Tools: UiPath (for robotic process automation and workflow optimization)
• Video Production Tools: Microsoft Stream, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Enterprise Resource Planning: SAP ERP / Navy‑ERP
• Additional Systems: Waypoints (workforce development services), Cameo System Modeler
• B.S. degree and 10 years of experience
• Adaptable to evolving organizational and mission requirements, routinely supporting new technology adoption and application onboarding to meet dynamic competency and business needs.

Responsibilities

• High level of experience working in a blended environment utilizing online tools such as Microsoft Teams to communicate and perform tasking.
• Familiar with software: The contractor will routinely utilize tools and applications to complete tasking. These include, but are not limited to: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO), Microsoft O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Visio), Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Insights), Microsoft Stream and Adobe Premiere Pro for videos, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Primavera Scheduling, Atlassian Confluence Wiki, Atlassian Jira, Tableau Software, Waypoints (for workforce development services), Cameo System Modeler, Advana with Qlik interfaces, UiPath to run automations, and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), also known as Navy-ERP.
