About The Position

Work with the Chief Operations Officer, Branch Administrator, and Project Manager to add efficiency to current processes and help identify areas for improvement. Help with reporting, tracking task completion, data analysis, and operational support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Five or more years banking experience required
  • Branch operations experience preferred
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, processes and regulations
  • Shows an insight and interest into continued development of their banking career
  • Microsoft proficient – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple department leaders
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to understand financial concepts
  • Ability to work well in a group or independently with little oversight
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced problem solving
  • Highly developed commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Displays leadership and effectively works with others

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develops, prioritizes and implements strategies to improve operational effectiveness and support current and future strategic initiatives. This includes the collection and analysis of data to support initiatives.
  • Assist COO, Branch Administrator, and Project Manager through various tasks, reporting, and projects as needed.
  • Review procedures and policies to create and manage a timeline with process owners to ensure they are up to date.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze data for operational meetings.
  • Communicate with department and branch leaders regarding data analysis.
  • Assist with operational project support and completion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
