Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, high brand and execution standards, ability to prioritize and efficient execution of operational processes. This role involves ensuring all merchandise and product received at the store is processed according to established programs and procedures, maintaining an an organized backroom so that merchandise is easily accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead. It also includes upholding company merchandising and presentation standards, assisting with the unloading of trucks, processing of freight, execution of transfers, RTVS, claims, freight processing, etc. Teammates are expected to fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards, adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of all Company information. The position requires creating an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect, and taking an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Other tasks may be assigned by management.
