About The Position

At a Glance Are you a financial analyst with a passion for logistics and a knack for turning data into actionable insights? Legrand is looking for an Operations Financial Analyst to join our team and drive financial excellence across our North and Central American (LNCA) logistics operations. In this role, you will be a key partner to our logistics teams, guiding financial strategy, and uncovering opportunities for optimization. What You'll Do: Financial Leadership: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial close activities for Beta, Logistics, and Legrand Manufacturing. Act as the primary financial liaison between Operations Finance and other key departments. Analyze monthly variances and provide clear, actionable insights to business leaders. Prepare and submit all necessary financial entries, schedules, and packages. Analysis & Reporting: Build and enhance financial models to support trend analysis and improve forecasting accuracy. Manage fixed asset tracking and capital expenditure reporting. Develop and maintain inventory reporting dashboards to identify trends and opportunities. Track monthly inventory KPIs and collaborate with various divisions to drive improvements. Strategic & Operational Support: Provide data-driven financial decision support to operations leadership. Partner with Finance peers to ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting. Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support internal teams. Special Projects: Lead the annual update of the Site Operations Workbook. Manage the bi-annual update of the LNCA real estate footprint database. Deliver special projects and executive-level reports as needed.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of finance or accounting experience, preferably within a multinational company in an operations or manufacturing setting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience creating high-quality reports, dashboards, and financial models.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for identifying trends and proposing solutions.
  • The ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business insights for leaders and stakeholders.
  • A strong, process-driven approach with high attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with systems like BPC, SAP, and Planful is a significant plus.
