About The Position

Work closely with teams to prioritize business and information needs Build strong rapport and trust with internal teams and external third party vendors Support internal activities and business needs of teams Assist with reports and data extraction when needed Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports related to Lockton’s performance Ensure data compliance standards, including accuracy by monitoring and analyzing data to drive process improvement Drive business and continuous improvement with regards to revenue reporting and tracking Adapt to new situations and have a willingness to learn new technologies Define new process improvement opportunities Ability to effectively present information to top management Handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine Create training documents and conduct training Resolve most questions and problems; refer only the most complex issues to top management

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent education or work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Ability to plan, organize, and structure work
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Complex problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes and with minimal guidance
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment
