What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will: Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities. Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results. Analyze manufacturing costs, and overall financial performance. Provide insights for site management, S&OP, and global reporting. Support budgeting processes using key assumptions and business inputs. Validate productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX). Ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
