About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Operations & Finance Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations while also supporting internal business operations and office management. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—owning core financial processes while helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and financial clarity.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, similar)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a small or growing business environment
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
  • Familiarity with HR or people operations processes
  • AIA Billing Experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll coordination)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
  • Assist with monthly and year-end close processes
  • Support budgeting and basic financial forecasting
  • Coordinate with external CPA/accounting partners as needed
  • Monitor cash flow and help track key financial metrics
  • Oversee general office operations, vendors, and supplies
  • Support internal processes and improve operational workflows
  • Assist with HR-related administration (onboarding, benefits coordination, documentation)
  • Manage company subscriptions, contracts, and administrative systems
  • Help coordinate internal communications and team logistics
