About The Position

The Operations Engineering Support oversees the daily operations of the engineering office and ensures smooth functionality. In this role, you’ll serve as the backbone of our team, coordinating administrative activities, streamlining workflows, and acting as the liaison to external contractors. This includes coordinating and managing with the site facilities team to maintain optimal infrastructure and resources. This is an on site role working with a hybrid team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, or related roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster collaboration in a hybrid environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on inclusivity and creating a positive team culture.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations as required.
  • Act as the primary liaison between teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Support engineering management on resource allocation and project loading estimation
  • Support the remodel of office space and labs with drawing updates and interfacing with industrial designers and general contractors
