Position Overview: The Operations Engineer will act as a vital link between the Operations & Maintenance Head Office, HQ in Seoul, and the Okpo Shipyard, supporting the organizational business transformation from an EPC to an EPCIO model. This position will provide support during the tender process by reviewing technical and operational requirements, ensuring alignment with O&M considerations, and liaising across departments to capture risks, opportunities, and lifecycle impacts. This role will contribute to the development of the Operations & Maintenance framework and actively support key initiatives aligned with Hanwha Ocean’s strategy, reinforcing long-term operational excellence, digitalization, HSE, and asset integrity objectives.
