Our partner is a Series A–stage healthcare technology company building an AI-native platform that helps large-scale care providers operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes. The team is lean and execution-driven, with a culture centered on ownership, speed, and tight feedback loops. The company has strong early momentum and is investing in the internal systems that enable go-to-market teams to move faster and scale cleanly. Our partner is hiring an Operations Engineer to build and maintain the internal “plumbing” that powers go-to-market execution. This is an internal-facing role (distinct from outbound/demand generation) focused on systems, automation, and process design across CRM and tooling—so Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing can operate with higher velocity and better signal. You’ll work closely with leadership and customer-facing teams to identify bottlenecks, design scalable workflows, and implement automations that improve routing, tracking, reporting, and execution quality. This role has meaningful ownership and latitude to shape how the company’s GTM infrastructure evolves as the team scales.
