The Operations Engagement Specialist plays a critical role within Goosehead’s Client Experience (CX) Operations team by ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication across front line CX agents, leaders, and key business partners. This role serves as a central connector between CX Operations initiatives and the teams responsible for execution, translating operational priorities into clear, actionable, and engaging communications. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder who excels at creating executive-quality materials, managing recurring communication cadences, and maintaining operational alignment through structured updates, meetings, and digital content. This position is well suited for a growth-minded professional who thrives in a challenging environment and is motivated to deliver an outrageously good client experience through clarity, consistency, and engagement.
