About The Position

Armorous is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Dispatcher to support our Operations team. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating coverage, and responding quickly to changing security needs to ensure seamless daily operations. Requirements

Dispatch, scheduling, or workforce coordination experience (security industry preferred)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED required
Valid BSIS Guard Card
Current with BSIS Compliance and can provide the following:
8-Hour Initial Training Certificate
32-Hour Continuing Education Certificates
Most recent 8-Hour annual refresher course certificate

Nice To Haves

Prior security, dispatch, or operations experience preferred
Experience with scheduling software is a plus

Responsibilities

Create and maintain employee schedules
Coordinate shift changes and emergency coverage
Communicate schedule updates and operational changes
Maintain accurate staffing records
Adjust staffing to meet operational needs
Provide backup support for site checks and shift coverage when needed
