Summary: In this role, you will lead enterprise event strategy, operations, and program execution to drive measurable business impact. You will oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance measurement while aligning event initiatives with organizational priorities. You will partner with cross-functional leaders and clients to optimize event investments, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and maximize outcomes.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Extensive experience in program management, event operations, or strategic planning.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience with resource planning tools such as Workfront or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the enterprise events budget, including forecasting, allocation, and optimization.
  • Establish frameworks to track cost savings, budget performance, and return on investment.
  • Lead development and governance of the annual and multi-year events calendar.
  • Oversee program management frameworks to ensure consistent execution across event portfolios.
  • Define and manage timelines, dependencies, and critical paths across initiatives.
  • Lead enterprise resource planning and allocation to optimize capacity and delivery.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of event technology platforms and tools.
  • Develop performance measurement frameworks to track pipeline, revenue impact, and effectiveness.
  • Manage procurement processes, agency relationships, and vendor performance.
  • Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to guide strategy and investment decisions.
