Your role and responsibilities This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the Group COO. We are looking for a strategic leader responsible for driving critical operational initiatives across the organization. This role requires a dynamic professional who can navigate the complex and changing landscape of digital assets while building scalable operational frameworks to support the firm's growth.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or related functions.
10+ years of experience in digital assets, fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries
Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives, preferably in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain sectors
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional strategic projects
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Exceptional initiative management skills with ability to conflicting priorities
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the firm's business objectives.
Serve as a key partner for Operations, Executive Leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Drive the establishment of governance structures.
Establish key performance metrics and reporting mechanisms for operational initiatives.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams as the organisation grows.
