Summary: Were seeking a senior construction leader to help lead and scale our General Contracting division. As Operations Director, Construction Services, youll own national multi-site programs, P&L performance, and team development, while expanding our footprint across QSR, grocery, and fuel/c-store sectors. This is a high-visibility leadership role with real influence on strategy, clients, and growth.

Requirements

• 1215+ years of general contracting leadership experience
• Proven success leading multi-site rollout programs
• Strong background in estimating, preconstruction, construction, and closeout
• Experience managing dispersed teams and concurrent projects
• GC licenses (multi-state preferred or ability to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, grocery, and/or gas/c-store construction experience a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Procore, P6, MS Project, RS Means

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale nationwide, multi-site construction programs
• Own P&L, operational performance, and execution strategy
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
• Drive consistency through SOPs and operational excellence
• Serve as a trusted leader with clients, partners, and internal executives
• Expand relationships and grow repeat business with national brands
