About The Position

DC International is seeking a Backend / Operations Developer who thrives in complex, real-world systems and enjoys learning how things work under the hood. This role is not for a single-language or single-platform specialist. Instead, we are looking for a developer with experience across multiple systems and technologies who can confidently step into an existing environment, read and understand unfamiliar code, and make safe, effective improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is eager to contribute proven development experience while continuing to grow within a collaborative team. DC International is a vertically integrated ecommerce company and home to two fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands: Coverstore and Leatherology. What does it mean to be a vertically integrated company? It means working alongside a diverse team of creators, marketers, analysts, developers, designers, and innovators. It means overseeing the complete, end-to-end product lifecycle. With our headquarters in Carrollton, Texas and a wholly owned manufacturing facility in Asia, DC International is uniquely positioned to create a great customer experience from start to finish. Since 2005, our mission has been simple: to bring customers products that matter. We do this by marrying timeless design, innovative technology and an unwavering commitment to quality. Over the last 15+ years, we have grown from a small family business into one of the industry’s leaders in product excellence and superior service. Despite our success, we never forget our humble beginnings and the customer-first values upon which we were founded.
