Requirements

  • Professional, well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with outside parties, members, and co-workers.
  • Basic mathematical skills/knowledge including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy required, with ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Successfully adapt to workflow changes, manage competing demands and handle frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience required in a financial institution, lending environment or customer service position.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Any combination of education, training and experience providing required knowledge/skills to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervision of assigned Operations Detail staff; organize and support team tasks, contribute to overall dept efficiency.
  • Familiarize team with guidelines/regulations, assist in learning and adherence to credit union procedures.
  • Help review internal department procedures, editing, and creating new procedures, as necessary.
  • Verify account information is complete and accurate according to compliance requirements.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with branch managers and staff, providing high-level service and support.
