About The Position

The Operations Design & Enablement (ODE) Analyst is an entry level, technically curious problem solver who helps design, build, and improve workflows across our platforms, primarily within the digital ecosystems powering our QSR and food‑service client work. This role blends technical execution with creative thinking, enabling teams to work smarter through better processes, thoughtful tools, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of databases and system relationships, is excited about experimentation with new technologies (including AI and automation), and brings a spark of creative, critical thinking to every challenge. While technical, this role is not a production focused position, you are someone who can visualize solutions, challenge the status quo, and collaborate to build systems that scale.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of databases, data relationships, and basic system architecture.
  • Ability to learn and work with CMS tools (Airtable experience a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, approachable and collaborative working style.
  • Critical thinking can conceptualize solutions rather than just follow instructions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to figure things out independently and explore new technologies.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, ability to think beyond the technical execution.
  • Passion for innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Detail-oriented with a drive to deliver high-quality work.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and contribute new ideas.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar (nice-to-have).
  • General familiarity with graphics or creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or basic screenshot editing).
  • Ability to create simple visuals to communicate concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with internal teams to understand operational challenges, workflows, needs, and requirements.
  • Ideate potential solutions using current platforms or evaluating new tools when appropriate
  • Present concepts and prototypes to senior team members for feedback.
  • Build or support the development of approved workflows, automations, and system enhancements.
  • Create clear process maps, system diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Develop visuals, annotated screenshots, or simple graphics to support clarity and adoption.
  • Maintain documentation that supports training, onboarding, and ongoing system understanding.
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI, automation design, and new platforms to solve business challenges.
  • Challenge the status quo with creative, strategic thinking.
  • Contribute ideas that improve user experience and elevate operational excellence.
  • Partner with senior ODE, Creative Technology, and Operations team members on solution development.
  • Support and help coordinate rollout and training for new tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure teams are fully supported during rollout, and that solutions continue to evolve, improve, and gain adoption.
