Citibank, N.A. seeks an Operations Core Project Lead Analyst for its Fort Lauderdale, FL location. DUTIES: Liaise with LATAM operations senior management, technology, and other key stakeholders in the organization to plan and implement the region’s key operations strategies and automation Book of Work (BOW). Ensure that strategy is aligned across the region and provide critical information to the senior team. Work with the project sponsor to ensure the business case and cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives and confirm project plans meet business needs as described in the project initiation documents. Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand project schedule and key milestones. Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Coordinate and provide oversight of the business-critical milestone reporting process and other executive, client, and management reporting processes. Ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the reporting process. Influence strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation conducting business analysis. Six (6) years of experience must include: Developing and implementing strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute operational strategies aligned with key business objectives for the Latin-American cluster and reporting critical milestones, progress, and risks to stakeholders; Conducting analysis and developing recommendations on high-priority strategic initiatives related to operational process improvement, risk and controls, regulatory requirements, and client service processes; Planning and implementing projects focused on improving the client service model and processes across the Latin-America cluster; Defining and tracking metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to share with senior management to ensure that operational strategy is aligned across the region; and Defining the communication process with clients and monitoring records using frameworks and local regulations and policies pertaining to LATAM countries, including FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standards). 40 hrs./wk.
