Read below to see if the requirements might be a good fit for you: Position Summary The Operations Coordinator acts as a customer-oriented liaison between the Operations Department and other Gardens Departments, collaborating to ensure positive and productive relationships. This position is responsible for coordinating workflows inside the Operations Department as well as between multiple other departments; assigning and tracking work orders; coordination of staff meetings, department meetings; directly assists the Operations Director with special projects, departmental expenditure tracking, processing invoices, City and County prevailing wage, tracking of Certificates of Insurance and the Operations budget. May make limited administrative decisions and take limited actions in Director’s absence as assigned.
