This position is an onsite role based out of our Dallas, TX office location. About the role: The Operations Coordinator supports the Texas Region by managing the property listings database, legal agreements, revenue compliance processes, and administrative functions. This role ensures operational efficiency and accuracy across multiple platforms and systems while also assisting with events and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role of Operational support.
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial Real Estate industry is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with accounts payable and database management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain property details in the listings database utilizing SmartSheet.
  • Assign and maintain project codes for listings.
  • Publish and update property listings on Colliers.com. and other databases if applicable.
  • Coordinate signage installation and invoicing with sign vendor(s) based on Colliers standards
  • Manage and track legal agreements for the Texas Region.
  • Ensure timely execution and compliance with company standards
  • Enter new listings into the pipeline database.
  • Assist with preparing monthly pipeline reports for regional leadership
  • Submit vendor invoices in Colliers’ accounts payable platform, Coupa
  • Review deals for compliance and revenue recognition with company policies and procedures.
  • Enter out-of-market deals into Colliers’ internal deal management system, Our Deals
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal and external events, meeting, and team-building activities.
  • Support volunteer initiatives and community outreach to strengthen company culture and local engagement
