About The Position

The Operations Coordinator supports daily production and administrative operations by coordinating documentation, processing work orders, and ensuring accurate communication between operations, quality, and production teams. This role is responsible for reviewing customer specifications, maintaining ERP data, generating production and shipping documentation, and assisting with reporting and operational support.

Requirements

  • MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
  • High School Graduate
  • 3-5 years Administrative Functions
  • Attention to Detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to work in a face paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Communicate any issues/concerns to Operations Management/ Supervisor and production staff to ensure that quality filling and packaging criteria are being met.
  • Gather data, research information, review documentation for accuracy, and relay findings to internal personnel.
  • Bulk allocation – create work orders, work order approval, and release of documents to Quality for final review.
  • Process re-work instructions and customer reports.
  • Review customer specifications and input into ERP system.
  • Generate art cards as required.
  • Design and print shipper labels as required by customer.
  • Assist in general administrative duties when needed.
