Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of energy projects, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on time.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of renewable energy projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, materials, and technology, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Track Project Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to ensure timely delivery and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall productivity.
• Document and Report: Maintain detailed records of project timelines, budgets, and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
