What You’ll Do
As the RHTP Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the operational hub for the entire Rural Health Transformation Program, ensuring that cross-initiative coordination, reporting, and administrative functions run smoothly. You will manage meeting cadences, track program milestones across all twelve RHTP initiatives, coordinate budget period transitions, and support IDOH leadership with operational decision-making. This senior-level role requires exceptional organizational skills, experience managing complex multi-workstream programs, and the ability to synthesize information across initiatives into clear, actionable operational reports. You will be embedded on-site at the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH), serving as a trusted operational partner to program leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, health administration, or business administration
• 8–10+ years of experience in project management and program administration
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-initiative programs
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
