Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator. We are looking for someone who delivers responsibilities from a leadership perspective. The Operations Coordinator must possess the ability to complete tasks that are outlined, as well as thinking on your feet to come up with a way to reach the best outcome. This individual also works consistently with a solution minded outlook for areas of improvement and strives to reach the overall goals of the team. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate and work efficiently within multiple systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling operational tasks
  • Willingness to support your team members
  • Ability to coach and be coached
  • Knowledge of Trilogie
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change within our team and department
  • Rock solid organizational and multitasking skills
  • Speed, accuracy, and keen understanding of our business is vital to the position

Responsibilities

  • Order support for anonymous customers on Ferguson.com
  • Manage automated order errors through PowerApps
  • Manual order entry in Trilogie
  • Work within Salesforce CRM to manage post order requests
  • Process refunds, returns, replacements, and more withing Trilogie
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Meet proper set of KPI’s each month
  • Excellent problem solver, who can take things as they come
  • Communicate both within our team as well as other teams across the organization
  • Identify inefficiencies, offer solutions, and implement new processes and practices
  • Actively participates in team meetings and elevates important information to management
  • Work independently while being reliable and available to support the team
