The Operations Training Program (OTP) begins with a structured onboarding and development curriculum based at our Cincinnati, OH or New Hudson, MI locations. Over 15 months, participants rotate through core areas of the business—including warehouse operations, sales, customer service, inventory and purchasing, and branch operations. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with leaders across departments, and conclude with a final project presentation to the Regional Leadership Team. This immersive experience equips you for long-term success in your assigned market. Upon completion of the Operation Training Program, you will transition into your permanent Operations role in one of the following states: Michigan Ohio Western PA/West Virginia Illinois Indiana Wisconsin Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM The starting rate for this position is very competitive with bonus eligibility in first year and may pay higher for relevant years of experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of proven experience accepted

  • Help Implement process improvements by using real time analytics focused on quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branch success.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
