Creates plant input/output date schedule for every order submitted to the facility. Creates and submits customer order specifications to necessary departments to properly schedule and order materials. Verifying customer sample requests are properly submitted.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Basic knowledge of Google Applications
  • Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills must be excellent

Responsibilities

  • Work with Scheduling and Print Production Account Specialist to set up job input/output schedules for each newly submitted customer order. Submits input/output schedule to sales.
  • Enters unique materials needed into pertinent documents to ensure they will be ordered on time.
  • Creates each customers new jobs Order Kit to confirm proper materials are ordered.
  • Verifies paperwork created versus customer/sales specifications and plant pricing estimate to ensure materials are ordered properly.
  • Submits confirmation Order Kit to Scheduling and Specification Clearance departments.
  • Receives confirmation Order Kit back from Scheduling and Specification Clearance departments and reads Specification Clearance communication form for any changes that are necessary. Works with Print Production Account Specialist if any changes are necessary and makes updates where needed.
  • Orders Outside Vendor related materials that can not be produced on our presses.
  • Second reads customer sample request sheet that the Print Production Accounts Specialist has created to ensure samples have been ordered correctly.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
